Tour of the island by boat
You can explore the most popular places and inaccessible beaches of the island by taking the boat from Limena, Potos or Limenaria for a day excursion.
Trekking
For those who love walking in nature there are many beautiful routes that can follow. We strongly recommend visiting the artificial lake located in Maries.
From the square of the village Potamia you can climb on foot to the top of the mountain Ypsarion, a challenging route that will reward you in the end with the stunning view from the top of the mountain.
Cycling
Thassos is a paradise for cyclists. Whether you like simple rides on asphalt or you like dirt trails with mountain bike, Thassos guarantees pleasurable cycling experience. Εvery year in September a two days international cycling event is organized, the MTB THASSOS CUP, where cyclists gather from around the world to participate in the races.
Riding
For those who love horse riding, in Skala Prinos you can find a riding school. There you can introduce yourself in the sport by taking riding classes and if you are already experienced riders you can enjoy horse riding on the beach or mountain.
Fishing
Throughout the island, whether on cliffs, or on piers, whether with pole, or speargun you can enjoy fishing. You can even rent a boat to go fishing offshore.
